INJECTION
MOULDING

Products are made when plastic resin is melted and injected into and takes the shape of a mould. We specialize in small plastic parts such as casings, electrical accessories, caps and lids for containers such as bottles, cups, canisters and other custom made designs.

Equipment:    16 units of Injection Moulding Machines (30 to 180 tonnes)

Operation:      24 hours a day, 6 days a week; with full CCTV surveillance

Certification: ISO 9001: 2015 & ISO 22000: 2018

EXTRUSION BLOW MOULDING

Plastic resin is melted and extruded into a hollow tube called a parison. Air is then blown into the parison to inflate it into the shape of a mould.

Equipment:    19 units of Extrusion Blow Moulding Machines (50ml to 5l)

Operation:      24 hours a day, 6 days a week; with full CCTV surveillance

Certification: ISO 9001: 2015 & ISO 22000: 2018

INJECTION BLOW
MOULDING

The parison is formed by injection moulding around the core pin and heated. The core pin is then rotated into a blow moulding station where the parison is inflated and cooled. The neck accuracy of this process is more consistent than that of extrusion blow moulding. It is typically used to make bottles with small capacities in large quantities; such as medical and single serve bottles.

Equipment:    3 units of Injection Blow Moulding Machines (5 to 120ml)

Operation:      24 hours a day, 6 days a week; with full CCTV surveillance

Certification: ISO 9001: 2015 & ISO 22000: 2018

SLEEVE SHRINK WRAPPING & STICKERS LABELLING

Sleeve shrink wrapping involves placing plastic label sleeves over bottles and putting them through a heat conveyor where the sleeves are sealed tightly onto the bottles. We provide both manual and semi auto sleeve shrink wrapping.

Sticker Labeling involves sticking paper labels on plastic products.

 

Equipment:    5 units of Manual Sleeve Shrink Machines

2 units of Semi Auto Sleeve Shrink Machines

2 units of Paper Self-adhesive Label Applicators

Operation:      12 hours a day, 6 days a week; with full CCTV Surveillance

Certification: ISO 9001: 2015

UV SILKSCREEN &
OFFSET PRINTING

Standard or customised designs and labels can be printed on plastic products using these methods.

Equipment:    2 units of Multi-colour UV Silkscreen Printing Machines

1 unit of Offset Printing Machine

Operation:      12 hours a day, 6 days a week; with full CCTV Surveillance

Certification: ISO 9001: 2015

CLEANROOM
FACILITIES

Our facilities include a Class 10K cleanroom, which allows us to keep environmental pollutants such as dust and airborne microbes within acceptable limits. This is especially important for food and medical grade products. Good Manufacturing Practice principles and procedures are applied with the following:

  • Temperature Control
  • Humility level Control
  • Contamination level Control
  • Epoxy flooring
  • Full CCTV Surveillance
  • Accredited with ISO 22000: 2018
